  • What plans are available?

    Respectly offers four plans:

    • Free — $0/month. 1 user, 10 SMS and 25 emails per month, shared phone pool, basic forms. Best for evaluating the platform.
    • Standard — $49/month ($39/mo billed annually). 1 user, 100 SMS and 200 emails per month, scheduled sends, basic forms, 24–48 hr email support.
    • Pro — $199/month ($159/mo billed annually). Up to 5 users, 1,000 SMS and 2,000 emails per month, 1 dedicated phone number, WhatsApp (500 msgs/mo), 100 AI voice minutes, API access, AI agent integrations, 99.5% uptime SLA.
    • Enterprise — custom (typically $499+/month). 6+ users, custom message volumes, 5+ dedicated phone numbers, unlimited AI compliance checks, dedicated CSM, white-glove onboarding, 99.9% uptime SLA with penalties.

A full feature comparison is on the pricing page. All paid plans include the core compliance engine, contact management, hosted forms, and templates.

  • Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Paid plans start with a 14-day card-required trial by default (length is configurable per plan). At signup we run a $0 verification authorization on your card through our payment processor, Helcim — your card is not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, Helcim automatically charges your card for the plan you selected. If the charge fails, you enter a past-due grace period before any suspension, and the dashboard shows a banner with the days you have left.

If you signed up but didn't complete card entry, the account is held as a pending signup for 24 hours and then automatically removed.

  • Why is a card required for the trial?

Card-required trials reduce abandoned signups and bot-created accounts, which means cleaner sending infrastructure and better deliverability for paying customers. Your card is verified, not charged, during the trial period.

  • Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing → Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the higher-tier features until then. If a downgrade would put you over a plan limit (for example, you have 7 users but the new plan allows 5), the system warns you and asks you to resolve the conflict before confirming.

  • Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes — paying annually gives you roughly 20% off the monthly rate. Standard drops from $49/mo to about $39/mo, and Pro from $199/mo to about $159/mo. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from the billing settings.

  • What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you won't be billed again. Your data is retained per the data-retention policy so you can reactivate without losing history. GDPR or account-deletion requests trigger a 24-hour grace period before permanent deletion.

  • What happens at the end of my trial if I don't add a card?

If you started the trial with card-required signup, your card is already on file and the system charges it automatically. If a charge fails, you'll see a past-due banner and have a grace period to update the card before sending is paused. If you signed up but never completed card entry, your account is automatically removed after 24 hours of inactivity.
