Google API User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

Respectly.AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

1. Information We Collect and Access

When you explicitly authorize our application to connect with your Google Account, we access and process specific data points necessary to provide our core platform features. This includes:

  • 1.1 Basic Profile Data (Non-Sensitive): Your name, email address, profile picture, and unique Google identifier (requested via the openid, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile scopes).
  • 1.2 Google Contacts Data (Sensitive): Access to your contact list (requested via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts.readonly scope). We only read contact names and email address fields. We do not modify, delete, or share your contact data.
  • 1.3 Gmail Sending Capabilities (Sensitive): The ability to send transactional emails out of your connected account (requested via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope). We do not read, access, or store your inbox messages or history.

2. How We Use Google User Data

We use information retrieved via Google APIs exclusively to deliver, maintain, and improve user-facing features of the Respectly.AI platform. Primary use cases are strictly limited to:

  • Identity Verification: Using basic profile data to securely authenticate your identity and manage your platform session.
  • Contact Importing: Utilizing contact read-only permissions solely to allow you to import your existing Google contacts directly into the platform. This removes the need to manually retype names or email addresses when filling out transaction and agreement forms.
  • Authorized Email Delivery: Utilizing Gmail sending permissions to deliver agreements, consent forms, signature requests, and transactional notifications to your designated recipients directly from your own email address on your behalf. This ensures communication arrives from a trusted, familiar sender. Sending is always triggered exclusively by a direct action you take inside our application; we never send unsolicited or bulk marketing mail.

3. Strict Restrictions on Data Use, Sharing, and AI Training

We maintain an absolute commitment to data minimization and user privacy. In strict compliance with Google's Limited Use standards, we enforce the following restrictions:

  • No AI or Machine Learning Training: We do not use, process, or transfer Google user data - including any contact records or email transaction metadata - to train, retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), large language, or neural network models.
  • No Advertising or Monetization: We never sell, lease, rent, or trade your Google user data or contact lists. We do not use your Google data to serve advertisements, track your behavior across third-party platforms for marketing purposes, or pass it to data brokers.
  • Minimal Human Review: No human at Respectly.AI will read or look at your Google user data unless you provide explicit permission to troubleshoot a distinct technical support issue, it is strictly necessary to resolve an active security incident, or it is required to comply with applicable laws.
  • No Third-Party Transfers: We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless doing so is strictly necessary to provide or improve our core application features, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a lawful corporate restructuring (such as a merger or acquisition), and only with partners who legally commit to these identical strict privacy protections.

4. Data Retention, Disconnection, and Deletion

You retain complete control over your data connection at all times:

  • Revoking Access: You can disconnect your Google account from our application at any time via your Account Settings panel or directly through your Google Security Settings page.
  • Data Deletion: Upon disconnecting your account or submitting a formal account deletion request, all cached or stored Google user data will be permanently purged from our active production environments and databases within 30 days, except where required for legal compliance or standard encrypted disaster recovery backups (which are overwritten on a rolling schedule).

SMS/Text Messaging Program

RESPECTLY.AI (operated by EGraph Signatures and Forms Inc.) offers SMS/text messaging for customers of our platform.

Message Categories

  • Service Notifications — E-signature requests, document status updates, password resets, and security alerts.
  • Marketing Messages — Promotional pricing, discount offers, new features, and product announcements.

Program Details

  • Messaging frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • SMS messages are sent from 1-888-412-7219.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Opt-In & Opt-Out

You may opt in to Service Notifications, Marketing Messages, or both by selecting the corresponding checkboxes on our intake form. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive further messages unless you re-subscribe.

Data Collected

When you opt in to SMS messaging, we collect your phone number and communication preferences. This information is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use Clicksend, Telnyx and Twilio, third-party communications platforms, to send and receive SMS messages. Your phone number and message data are shared with them for the purpose of delivering messages.

No-Sharing Clause

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
