PlatformAI Send & Co-work AI
Tell Respectly what to send, or what to set up, in plain language. AI finds the right document, form and client, checks consent and lays it all out for you to review.
AI Send turning “Send my NDA to Larry for signature” into a ready-to-review send: the Mutual NDA, Larry Chen, SMS and email, and consent checked.
Messages, documents and forms — sent from one sentence.
An assistant that works inside the app with you.
You review every send, and the consent check always runs.
AI Send
Open the send dialog, describe what you want, and AI Send assembles the whole send — then waits for your click.
AI Send turning a plain-language request into a personalised reminder, with the compliance check passed.
Drafting
Describe a message and choose Professional, Friendly or Casual. AI Send drafts the SMS and email versions for you to edit.
Messaging & InboxNatural language
AI Send finds the document and the contact, turns it into a signature request, picks the channels Larry has agreed to and checks consent — all before you see the review screen.
Mentions
Use the + button to @-mention a document, form, template, contact, tag or pipeline stage. Mention a document and the send becomes a signature request.
Shortcuts
One-tap shortcuts start the most common sends without typing a word.

Guardrails
A message being sent to three clients: two are OK to send, one has no consent and is skipped.
Consent
Whatever AI builds, every recipient is checked against their consent before anything sends — and anyone without it is skipped.
Consent & ComplianceApproval
AI prepares; you decide. Nothing is sent or deleted without your confirmation.
Consent records
Co-work AI can read consent and opt-out history and warn you about ineligible recipients, but it cannot change anyone’s consent.
Permissions
Co-work AI acts as you and can never see or do more than your role allows.
How it works
Start a send, or click Co-work from any screen.
In plain language — mention documents, forms or contacts if you like.
Recipients, channels, content and the consent check, laid out for you.
